"How to Sauna" Member Class

About the event
It's FINALLY here -- we are READY to invite our members to come and use the FAHS sauna! BUT we have some special rules we need folks to follow first:
1) Sauna use is for MEMBERS-ONLY!
2) Members interested in sauna use MUST take this class.
3) Sauna users must sign a liability waiver at the completion of class for FAHS to keep on-hand.
Sauna use will be allowed during our public open season from May through October on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 10 a.m from 3 p.m. As the days come closer, we will have a special sign-up for scheduling sauna times to make sure there is enough space and time for all sauna-goers!
Additional guidelines for use may apply which will be discussed in the class. This class will be run bi-annually, so don't miss out! The next one may not be until the Summer/Fall 2025.
