How to Sauna Class (Members-Only!)

We want to welcome our members to use our newly beautified, authentic Finnish sauna on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month May through October! In order to use the sauna and book sauna sessions, you MUST take our How to Sauna class (offered 2 - 3x annually)

Attendees will be provided with instructions and a special password to get into the member-exclusive scheduler on our website. All participants must sign a waiver upon completion of the class as well.
