Membership in the Finnish American Heritage Society is open to anyone interested in Finland or Finnish-American heritage and culture. You don’t need to be of Finnish descent to join. Our membership is made up of individuals from many different backgrounds. Membership dues are $20 per person per year. Members receive a quarterly newsletter and are welcome to participate in all FAHS events. In addition to a vast collection of artifacts and historical information in the archives and library, we offer Finnish language classes, translation services and genealogy materials. Members have the opportunity to participate in a variety of groups and activities, such as children’s crafts, weaving, theater, folk dancing and culinary programs.
