FINNISH AMERICAN HERITAGE SOCIETY

Text Box: FINNFUNN WEEKEND
15th ANNIVERSARY
Was held at the Hartford/Windsor Airport Marriott in Windsor, CT in October of 2007. This event with over 300 participants was sponsored by The Finnish American Heritage Society and chaired by Anita and Jack Smiley. For any additional information please contact us at FinnFunn@fahs-ct.org.

Anita and Jack would like to thank all the hard-working, dependable committee members who worked throughout the year to bring this weekend to its fruition.  It is because of their efforts that we all were able to enjoy a terrific music program, appealing sectionals, camaraderie among friends, and a first-class venue.  The donations of cheese by Cabot Cheese and Finlandia Cheese, baguettes by Panera Bread, drawing prizes from numerous donors, and pulla from our FAHS bakers were truly appreciated.  We also thank all who have supported our FinnFunn Weekends by their attendance.  Let's keep the momentum going!
